When a video is uploaded to YouTube, Meta Platforms, or TikTok, Content ID scans it, If the video contains a music that's protected, the system detects it, allows the Music Creator to Monetize the video.

Additionally, registering your music in the Content ID system through Audio Protect ensures that no one else can register it without your permission. Once it's registered, your music is protected indefinitely unless you choose to opt out.
